I have a question about child custody. I had a baby with a x friend and he is active drug using meth and he has multple drug charges and has been in and out of jail because of it. He has no job no car and he is homeless. He keeps threathing me saying because he signed the birth certifcate at birth but we were never married. I have a house, a car and i support my kids *% I have a no trespass order on him so he cant show up high asking to see our son. He chooses to use drugs and he tells me it shoudnt matter what he does and its none of my business. Am i wrong here? Is meth use not dangerous?
