My husband was arrested oo Oct 5th for a Contemp of court for child support he was sentenced to90 days. They have us the option to pay * towards his child support to get him out. On Nov 28th I paid to have him released. Before I paid to have him released I asked his case worker several times and a woman in the front office if I paid this would they take him to jail again for the months he missed payment on while incarcerated. They assured me that he would not go right back to jail. He's been out a little over a month and they just picked him up Sunday night to serve 90 days. After the woman told me this wouldn't happen if I paid the money. That he would have time to find a job etc. is there anything I can do. I can't reach anyone at the office.
