Albany Family Court Misconduct

Yes they never gave me anything even when they had all these allegations on me. My counselor helped me and we looked up a building it took 8 months to get it the paperwork. I have everything. I was looking at again half and the jail I got out of all of that why I did nothing wrong

They destroyed my son along with me they put my son in a bad situation well they just threw him out a little over a month ago it was all over his check and money not his safety and he was abandoned

They took everything that I believed in I'm raising my son or my family it's hard for my mother she hated me and she was angry and her boyfriend molested me for many years. I have a new family they just found me a year ago. That whole family is very toxic it was only out to hurt me not to help my son

I tried everything but the cops will not listen to me I do not have a good reputation I have no place to go for somebody to listen to me a bad reputation with the whole Albany county

I tried every steps to take every avenue to take but if you read my history what CPS did even the court systems or even the lawyers nobody's going to listen to me. I am this horrible person that they made me out to be

Well on my side of it I did nothing wrong and I have all the proof and all the paperwork a very overwhelmed and I have videos my son being neglected and I will be getting a lot more where do I go what do I do

Whatever I can do to make those people not have a job to hurt these kids and destroy people's lives so if it's a lawsuit then so bad but I need somebody to listen to me I need my son to be safe right now he is living with some pedophile he's freaky I met the man something's off with him

I did a wellness check and if my son said he's fine there's nothing nobody can do cuz she's *

I have 30 years of paperwork I have it all I need a lawyer to guide me to know I'm telling the truth and to fight with me

I have court papers CPS papers. Police reports allegations and 30 years of life when it comes to the kids they even tried to get me for medical on my son but come to find out he never got his medical needs met I have proof and videos and paperwork

He told me he's got asthma I recorded it. And you couldn't breathe and the doctor told him they can give him something for the time being he's got to go see a specialist it was over a year and he never done that and something fishtail that he's got I looked into that one too my son will come to me and talk to me here and there but he's not allowed to because of family he wants to be loyal and he loves his mother and he wants me in his life but he can at this time

His medical needs are not met I took every avenue that I could they never took away my rights to my son but yet the doctor or school or anything to do with my son they will not give me anything my son's one doctor's office had a note on their computer it said CPS said do not give the lawyer or the mother anything so the CPS lady asked if they said her name

Because he's * I don't have a chance to get anything when he came back in my life it was only a day this last time and I wanted to set him up with all his appointments he can't talk to me I can't help him he misses me just like I miss him I'm dying inside they think I have cancer but I will fight to the end

And there's a shower for a cheap place that's in the same town as them he even arrested me again on the same charges that's who you know as I look so bad I'm embarrassed but yet fighting for my son how far does the mother go I don't know I will never stop

They said I was not involved they could not find me they searched on Google to find my old address that's what everybody has as my old address and my old house phone number that I don't have and I've been here for about * and */* 9 years

I tried on Google for a long time but like I said I have a learning disability myself I don't know how to change my address on Google

They will mail things to my house when they felt like it not many they were not even give me my court dates that they made up so yes everybody's aware of my address and my phone number CPS will call me up just to talk to me and at that time everything was on the phone. And the judge the court system CPS and all the lawyers near my address they even had a guy call me from the state a mental doctor. I have all my recordings from family Court I have all my records I even have the allegations from that building that they sent me 8 months but nobody told me I got turned in for nothing I had surgery * for breaking my own window in my own home my son locked me out throw me down the steps and I tap the window with a ashtray so I cut my whole hand I bled three and a half hours cuz before this they tortured me for 4 years the judge kept giving the child back to me telling everybody there's nothing he can do I didn't do nothing wrong so I broke my own window bad timing but my son was psychotic he was told to do all kinds of things even though me around and every time he came home I kept saying yes I have another chance I was fold it only got worse

I want to fight and finish this journey and put my son in a safe place even though he needs to stay in school until he's * and I still have legal rights until he's * that's what the paper says I don't know if he's in school I will try but to know anything about his life I'm not allowed to as the mother I need to take a break unless can you please get back to me later on I have too many emotions thank you so much and I hope to hear from somebody I have a hard time answering my phone I am terrified I'm going to get that phone call got my son's death as I'm crying right now thank you so much whatever it takes I will do

I just got police reports of where my son was living and how they locked him out this family my old family the outer destroy me I just tried to do a name change to my father's name and not some guy my mother married or was married. Is it okay I let my boyfriend finish this conversation he came into my life 2 years ago I didn't want him I wanted to save my son. He's been a very good support does he understand probably nobody does nobody walked in my shoes to try to fight to save my son

He has a court date. October second it's on a Monday and it's for a bike that my middle child is trying to sue. My middle child has severe bipolar and learning disability and many more at 22 years old family Court decided along with my sister Tammy that works for Medicaid to let that *-year-old have my son. That's what type of situation this has been my mother coached my kids throughout the years I did not realize it I wanted my mother to love me I love down the streets I had to survive on my own and then when I had the oldest one she's * I wanted my mother's love my mother had different plans for me her boyfriend was so in love with me she wanted me out of the picture but she did that to take all my babies she never liked my son she never knew him until he was seven she came to his birthday party I have a brother through my mother he is a full-blown alcoholic he's been raped and taken by this guy Wayne hunt I believe it was * * and I help my brother runaway because my mother's boyfriend was beating us so bad and molesting me into him many things so we found my brother n a alley along with him and his friend that I helped so my brother would get out of the situation it was tied up being they had coat hangers they had to do bad things to each other and two grown men. My mother said if it wasn't for me she would have been father in life she always told me how much she hated me and how much she was I wasn't there and she wanted to get rid of band but her husband at the time wouldn't let her he treated me better than his own kids

A bicycle when they locked him out my oldest one lives upstairs. The middle child live downstairs with my son she wind up moving out she got with a best friend's husband he known her ever since she was 8 years old so she loved someplace else me and the middle child was very close and just one day she turned on me I have my whole family and family court my mother my sister and my two girls even though I was scream and my head off all my sister was there too when I was screaming my head off I turned around and said to the lawyer why don't my sister take my son so they asked her and she said no she could not so I said to my sister you can't even protect your nephew what was this over jealousy anger and hate I have to move and get away and change my name because they're still coming after me

I already did that that's how we found out about the new court date we went there because I found out he had a court date and they postponed it because the guy that my son is living with paid for a lawyer but I have new information I am going to go there even though I'm not wanted I hope I can help his case which I believe I will

Well one of them says nothing about them being brother and sister like he just broke in to the apartment so they didn't press any charges because my son never got eviction papers they did it illegally my oldest daughter is a school teacher does not like children she already lost one job working with children I got a phone call from my friend my son called her he was looking for a place to go yet my son could not have any friends he was left home alone for hours weeks and even months don't know how to cook can't spell it was so unsafe I guess got beat up with some bats jumped off of a building many more

Yes I have the place reports we are getting more today hopefully but he was evicted illegally and he spoke to stay in school until he's * and he needs to be guided even the old school I guess last year said in one of the reports my son is not supposed to be left by himself or live by himself he is not capable

None what happened was they got in the landlord upstairs my oldest daughter at *:* *:* in the morning to change the back door locks so my son's girlfriend woke up just to hear some noise they didn't say anything because they're not that type of people they are scared of everything. And then there's a place report that says that they got locked out all locks are changed and the cop said you cannot do that he legally cannot do that
