I'm in an abusive marriage for 31 years. I now have to take care of my 96 year old father. It's getting bad. He has taken all money and hid it. My dad has a small place in Florida that I'm going to go to. Can my husband claim I abandoned the house
Do you have any legal separation or divorce proceedings in place currently?
