Hi, here my situation i live in california and i was offically divorced in MAY of *, and on that date my divorce would be nunc pro tunc to AUG of *, it was ordered by the judge and appears on the * judgment form signed by the judge, me my ex and our respective attorneys, also on AUG * i recived a court minute order stating at the final end of marrige date was to be nunc pro tunc to the AUG * date. and all this was done so i could marry my then girlfriend who was pregnant. Which i infact did in SEPT *. There were reserved issues, The property she my ex wife was awarded was later entered in JUL * as entry of judgment form fl-*. and this judgment states that the judgment of MAY * was still in full force and effect.

He sent me an order signed by the judge saying the ex parte was granted and marital status would be npt to Aug *. So can i safely say im divorced from my 1st wife or do i still have any unfinished business in this matter?
