I am working full time. And I still have custody they just filed for custody when I was in jail so when I was in jail they were granted expartay so they're the caregivers right now and I can see my kids under their discretion but I have not been able to see my kids since June 20th today I was arrested because they've been refusing me to not the courts not child protective services no one else has denied me to see my kids or even visitations except for their caregivers who are filing for custody

Other than my past they really don't have a reason I've begged to see my kids I've been through counseling relapse prevention IOP I have proof of me going to meetings for na and AA I've been put on medication for antidepressant

I have paperwork and letters of proof of me graduating IOP classes and moving on to relapse prevention for my counselors I have a letter from my counselor saying I've been on medication I have a list of signatures saying that I've been attending meetings I'm on a Case Management program where my case manager is also helping me I have all the paperwork proving that I've done everything I needed to do to be able to get my kids back and to be in a better mind State and environment for them
