Yes I have * issues that I would like to address. The first issue is I have a 17 year old son and his father has been on child support for quite some time now. However his father set up the child support order under his Social Security benefits that he previously received but he is no longer receiving due to the fact that he makes too much money. My son's father is a truck driver who owns his own truck. The processor server has been unable to serve him with the new order due to the fact that he has been avoiding the server. Being that my son's father owns his own truck and is a truck driver I would like to know what other legal options that I can pursue to try to obtain the money that is owed and to enforce the new child support order?
