Why would someone want to correct the order Ming isn't that wrong though I thought the police could not arrest a male when they're looking for a female... At least that's what I've been told by several AI so I want to know the real truth is this order of protection enforceable
Hi ****, thank you for providing more details.

Would you like guidance on how to file a motion to amend the order in Phoenix, Arizona?
No I need to file a motion to have it dismissed or quashed because I was denied due process when the officer delivered the first paperwork I received he told me and it was missing a page that page was the second half actually most of the plaintiffs reasons for getting a restraining order and it's not with the plaintive originally told me he was going to get a restraining order if I told his family he was using Crystal meth.
Hi ****, I understand your concern. To file a motion to dismiss or quash the restraining order in Arizona due to denial of due process, you will need to outline the reasons why you believe your due process rights were violated.
Would you like guidance on how to file this motion in Arizona?
When the original paperwork was handed to me the officer said it was missing a page. That page happen to be most of the reasons why the plaintiff was seeking an order of protection against me. This is all captured on the police officers body cam. He continues to say that I can go to the court end ask for a copy of it in person the court did not have that page or my file there's a video of me talking to the attorney generals office trying to get help and they were no help either this was before the hearing. I did receive that missing page in a modified order of protection paperwork that's still the Smiths female and that was a month after the hearing I am disabled and have severe short-term memory problems and on the autism spectrum and I've been bullied harassed and abused for five years by the best friend of this plaintiff it's still continues today
Hi ****, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. To file a motion to dismiss or quash the order of protection in Arizona, you will need to provide evidence of the procedural errors and due process violations. This can include:
- The missing page from the original paperwork.
- Police body cam footage showing the officer's statement.
- Any communication with the court or attorney general's office.
Would you like more detailed steps on how to file this motion?
So when I file this motion now I also found out that the plaintiff Brett lied to me about every single thing in his life from the very first day I met him all the way through Open till the very end and that's why we ended up here. This was a set up I believe because of his best friend who's been trying to get me in trouble and get an order protection on me for the longest Time who is a drug dealer and he sent many people into my life just like Brett who have done the same kind of evil things and I have caught everyone of them at Tim's house
Hi ****, I understand your frustration. To address your situation, you need to gather evidence of the procedural errors and your claims of being set up. This includes:

Would you like detailed steps on how to file the motion to dismiss or quash the order in Arizona?
So the reason I asked about this additional information that's what I include that with this motion to quash to the order of protection because it due process do I include everything at once or do I start off with the Duke process being violated I did try to obtain the camera footage but it's three years wait
Hi ****,
When filing the motion to quash the order of protection, you should include all relevant information to support your claim. Here’s a brief outline:
- **Detail the due process violation first** (e.g., missing page in the original paperwork).
- **Include any other supporting evidence** (e.g., police body cam footage).
Would you like more specific steps on how to include these details in your motion?
OK so I would not include everything that I found that I was lied to by Brett and that this was a set up cause I really want just to serve you this is so unfair and I'm also disabled and this was incredibly painful to me because Brett Evan said "if you tell my family I'm using meth I'll put a restraining order on you and it will hurt you every single day"

I know these people especially his friend Tim has been violating the order of protection pretending to be me online and contacting Brett either with threatening or just trying to talk to him because I know this because Tim has pretending to be Brett and made it so I could see him on social media apps in logs off as soon as I log on to play this cruel psychological game to hurt me. I have videos of me crying at least * of them trying to figure out what happened with people to in Britain myself and he was correct it hurt me every day I have not open the curtains in my apartment for two years now and I found out everything Brett had told me about himself was an absolute lie just to get me to do something called reactive abuse. It seems like Brett was being manipulated by a few people trying to get me upset by the things that Brett would say to me to hurt me

I need someone or someplace I can help me fix it for free. In addition to that the police have been a joke you're in that's why things are so out of control with me. The police have done nothing but give these criminals more flexibility and more leeway to hurt me in so many ways because they refuse to do anything for me even with evidence in their face of this Tim guy threatening me with gun violence I'm told to mind my own business... And the continuous threats of him moving from * miles away to * feet of my front door just to continue threatening me I contact police again and they tell me because I didn't tell Tim not to contact me or not to contact me ever again and since I can't provide the police proof of that they can't do anything I have never heard anything like this

OK so I would separate if I don't get the due process thing to drop the order of protection... How often does this happen in an order of protection in Arizona where to process was violated and they have to dismiss the case?
Hi ****,
In Arizona, orders of protection can be dismissed or quashed if due process violations are proven. Here are some key points:
- **Due Process Violation**: If you can demonstrate that a due process violation (like missing paperwork) occurred, the court may dismiss or quash the order.
- **Frequency**: While exact statistics are not public, orders can be dismissed for procedural errors.
Would you like more detailed steps on how to file a motion to quash the order?
Yeah I was wondering if this is actually stands a chance because of my disabilities and stuff and this was so unfair I had to do the hearing over the phone because I was tired up by the same people who threatened the Brett person which was nothing to do with me and I was so upset by everything here and I'm agoraphobic I don't leave my home I haven't left my home in five years because of all the torture in trauma from these people and the plaintiff and his best friend especially. I have no friends I have no family I've no one in my life and these people will not stop with the games

Yes please and the reason I was unable to attend the hearing yes both parties I had set up rides with when was the back up canceled the day of the hearing actually neither one of them let me know they weren't gonna make it they just didn't show up or answer the phone. One of these people happen to be the person who threaten Brett. Against my will or knowledge... This person that's the same person who gave me my phone and it has been giving me problems ever since and I was suspicious because this person belong to the same group of people that have been harassing me for years I know I find spyware installed copying everything I do every screen and every single person for some reason I have been connected to Tim Hug and I didn't know why and now I know how... I can't get anybody to understand me or help me because of my disabilities make me very difficult for me to explain things so when I went to the bus I didn't realize the buses took money and I came all the way back here crying my eyes out embarrassing that everyone saw me walking on the street like that especially when I'm agoraphobic.. I get back here and I call the courthouse to let them know that I can't make it because of all these reasons they said I could use the telephone if the judge would allow and I went with it I have no way to see what Brett was talking about I couldn't provide any evidence to defend myself because I don't even know what I was fighting I found it very unfair and also because of my severe disabilities and also the plaintive have lied to the judge about leading me on I only realized that after the hearing and that's how I said this is not fair because of my disability I tried to explain this to the court

Here's the other interesting thing this hearing was on April *, *... Around October * someone pretending to be interested in a relationship with me actually ran out my front door stealing the original order of protection paperwork. Search approve that this is a coordinated effort to hurt me I think that just did because it was captured on my ring doorbell camera. The person that stole the stuff left his mail here with his address on it I gave it to the police the police tell me I could take it to him deliver it Mail it or throw it away... Also captured on my ring doorbell camera. And that is all that they did the police did nothing continuously discriminating against me and doing nothing that's why this is out of control now. If I had that original paperwork it was shown that the pages had to be ripped to divide them because the paperwork was printed up out of a police car printing machine... I had a video of me putting the pages together to show that that page was never in that file because of the way the pages were torn and I could easily push them all back together and they match perfectly... Oddly enough that video to strangely disappeared out of my library in my evidence that I can't get on because it's on my Mac iPad and iPhone

When you say document your disabilities and circumstances what do you mean no I know that I was trying to explain to Brett the plaintive my disabilities and I was trying to send him a video that I couldn't send I was trying to show him and tell him my story but he's never heard it because we always had so much fun in person we never had any arguments before this we don't have any I don't have any history of violence don't have any domestic violence I've never had the police called like that for me and Brett knife the only friends we had is when we weren't around each other because he would say hurtful things I didn't even sound like it was him texting me most a lot of times and I'm starting to believe that if they had the spyware in my iPhone and iPad and people have been receiving strange messages from me and I told this to Brett too but I don't think he believed me obviously I still think he is part of the group that are involved in drug trafficking and playing games like this with other people I have proof of this being a larger network of people that play horrible games like this to get people arrested for fun I have a therapist on Facebook that told me how this group is running out to have a video of people a person telling me about this group and how they get into peoples computers instead of spyware and do all these horrible things\
Obviously my computer has a lot of issues right now... I wish I could edit what I just sent you above it's hard to see an edit and work on something on the field that you guys offer is so small I think it leads to a lotta misunderstandings and mistakes especially when people are disabled like myself. I already made a report to the FCC I think I have to file it again but I have no one helping me here with my memory problems this is another good example of why things don't get done for me and I'm not getting anywhere I really need help I mean I desperately need help I'm all alone here I am overwhelmed and this is hurt me every single day just like the plaintive said it would and I'm sure how he would possibly know that he's 23 years old and on the autism spectrum just like myself he said if I told his family he was using meth that he would put a restraining order on me and I would hurt me every single day I hear it all the time replacing my head over and over and back then I didn't think anything about that but he was right and I'm curious to know how he could possibly know that about me that he was absolutely right and it makes me cry every day
Hi ****,
I'm very sorry to hear about your distressing situation. Here are some steps you can take to file a motion to quash the order of protection and get the support you need:
Steps to File a Motion to Quash the Order of Protection
*. **Document Your Disabilities and Circumstances:**
- **Explain your agoraphobia**: Describe how it prevents you from attending the hearing in person.
- **Detail the phone hearing**: Explain how conducting the hearing over the phone impacted your ability to defend yourself.
- **Include your memory problems**: Describe how your severe short-term memory problems affect your situation.
*. **Detail the Due Process Violation:**
- **Outline the missing page**: Explain how the missing page from the original paperwork affected your ability to defend yourself.
- **Describe the impact**: Detail how not having the complete paperwork impacted your ability to prepare for the hearing.
*. **Include Supporting Evidence:**
- **Mention the police body cam footage**: Note the unavailability of the footage due to the long wait.
- **Provide any other evidence**: Include any communication with the court or other relevant authorities.
*. **Prepare Your Motion:**
- **
No it wasn't my agoraphobia that made me miss the hearing it was being stood up by the guy who threatened him that I was supposed to come to court and tell the judge that he was responsible for what he said to Brett and I have nothing to do with it I do have text messages that prove I had nothing to do with that and it was because of this person that I think Brett actually got the order protection and because I had sent a letter to his sister about Brett hurting me and that I was disabled and I don't think Brett understood that his actions along with his friends who have been hurting me for so long could be a attempted murder and that's what they keep him trying to do today it sounded like Brett was going to collect a lot of money if I committed suicide and that's why I feel like this was just a pushed me over the edge to end my life because he ignored me when I was suicidal a way for him to say he didn't care.... So all these extra things this is what I'm wondering would they be separate from this motion to quash?
Hi ****,
I'm really sorry to hear about your distressing situation. When filing a motion to quash the order of protection, it’s important to focus on the due process violations first. The additional issues can be addressed separately. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
*. **Detail the Due Process Violation:**
- Explain the missing page from the original paperwork and how it impacted your ability to defend yourself.
- Include any evidence you have, like police body cam footage if available, or communication with the court.
*. **Mention Your Disabilities:**
- Explain your severe short-term memory problems and how they affected your ability to prepare for the hearing.
- Detail any other circumstances that impacted your ability to attend or participate in the hearing.
*. **File the Motion:**
- Submit the motion to the court that issued the order of protection, clearly stating the due process violation and including your evidence.
For additional issues like harassment and threats, you might consider filing a separate complaint. Here’s how you can proceed:
*. **Document all incidents:**
- Collect evidence like text messages, screenshots, and logs of threats or harassment.
*. **Report to the Police:**
- Provide all documented evidence to the police and file
