Was told initial report parents argued and child fell asleep at school
Thanks for sharing, ****. Arguing and a child falling asleep at school alone may not be enough for DFCS involvement. Did they provide any other reasons for their involvement?
No. Just asked what happens when we argue and asked about who gets kids up and ready for school. Made sure had food and water in home. (which we do) just cluttered (just moved in old family home been here for couple months) said clean up try keep arguments away from children (like already do)
If DFCS in Georgia doesn't find evidence of child abuse or neglect, they should close your case. However, they may offer resources for parenting, cleanliness, etc. Remember, you can consult a lawyer at any time.
How do I address them that I am corporating but want to understand reason I need to test before I consent
You can politely ask them to clarify why they're requesting the drug test. It's your right to understand the reasons behind their actions before giving consent. Ensure to express your willingness to cooperate while maintaining your rights.
Ok. I received call later evening last night and have is to different times today to go for testing. So I just need to call her and say I'm not understanding therefore I will not make the test today?
Yes, you can politely express that you need further clarification on the necessity of the drug test before you can consent. Always remember, it's your right to legal counsel before making any decisions.
