Hello ****,
In Georgia, public housing authorities can evict tenants for illegal drug use, even if it's suspected. However, they need to follow proper procedures:
- Notice of the violation
- Opportunity for a hearing
- Evidence of the violation
If you feel this hasn't been done fairly, consider contacting a local legal aid organization.
Ok i have answer to courts i have hearing next week . Will the judge have and sympathy if you never been a problem and have no where to go be homeless i been here 6 years
While I can't predict a judge's reaction, they usually consider all factors. Show evidence of good conduct, explain your situation sincerely, and consider getting legal representation.
Thank you
