Understanding Pet Policies High Rise

I just got a question to ask I seen Muncie high-rise they trying to say we supposed to have one pet but I can't get older I can't get hold of the head Doctor who over the the person who's saying this that her head boss I'm trying to get hold of her and boss because they're trying to say I have a most important animal and I asked him if we can have another pet like a cat and I'm trying to figure that out and she said she had to see in their self and I don't know if the head boss knows what the other director are doing because they make a rules when they're supposed to be making rules and the buildings falling apart

I have a motion support animal and when I talk to the person said that seller's not us on the lease but they let me come here in my apartment is big enough to have two cats in here and we already had the motion we don't got no generators not working right and we don't have no motion detector lights in here and that stuff the lights go off there's mold in here I mean don't get me wrong I like my apartment but they need to fix it better and the elevators get stuck sometimes you get stuck in it I heard before it when the lights without people was stuck for a couple days with no lights cuz the back generator don't work but that's all I wanted to bring up but my son is about the pets how we can get hold of her head boss over her once this we don't even have that information

I have a paper from the doctor and I showed them and they said most of the sport animals not legally nothing cuz they're not service animals that feels like to me discrimination cuz most important animals do a lot stuff too
