Homeless Shelter Eviction Appeal

My husband was in a homeless shelter they have kicked him out he is in the middle of a appeal. Is there something we can do he has medical issues and cant be on the street

He had multiple things on his write up they sajd i had mutiple times they caught me with drugs, they said i broke into staff office, smoking in my cubicle, they said i never washed my clothes or wlwven bathed while i was there,rhey said multiple times i refused medical attention because they said i was overdosing * different times. Which he wasnt he has a has a medical issue with his inside that makes it hard sometimes to use the rest room so it takes him longer then most and he ends up falling a sleep hes has been these was since he was young like * or *. He can fall asleep standing or sitting mulitple times i would wake him up in the kitchen standing when we had our home. Then they said he didnt shower or clean his clothes whcih was not true he washed every week and he showered mulitple times a day. Then they said he was going in to space he was not allowed such as lovked office or cublicles which again was not true he was in the walk area with someone talking and staff came and told him he can only go to the bathroom or cafiteria or out side he can not stand in the walk way but every one does. Thother was smoking in his cubicle or other places not allowed which again he didnt it was the people he was with but he got blamed. They also said he was caught with drugs whixh never happened when they first kicked him out he had relapsed and when he was trying to come in he asked for help and handed them what he had.

Yes i have heard them mulitle time telling him they dont care about him they wont help him a few others have also heard them talk down to him calling him worthless peice of shit and liar good for nothing gang member a spic. The night they kicked him out the staff said he was making the sound of his last bearth and the other staf said oh its josh i aint cLling * for him. And told him to get the fuck out hurry the fuck up and get the fuck off the pŕoperty i finally got rid of your ass.

That same staff is now starting to threaten me saying i dont want to have the same thing happen to me that happened to your husband do i.

We are at the Yale navigation shelter im syill there but he aint hes on the street

We have tryed to contact the place that got us in the shelter they think its a joke or something i am in the middle of writing a grievance for what was said to me. And he had been trying to contact the lawyer that was helpping him with the appeal unfortunately they havent called back. Its been a week hes been out and its not right hes suffering on the street and they are collecting the money for him there still he cant getbin to another shelter because they have him still there because of the appeal ... they cant take him off the system.

He hasa tumor on the front of hissnbrain he has neuropathy in his hands and feet he had a liver transplant and his spline out multiple personality disorder and im not sure of the sleep disorder.

I need to get him off the street for his safty plus i would like some sort of action done for the way they treated him hes had to hear them put him down call him names for months. All the emotional suffering he had to take i want them held liable its not right they are their to help us not torture and beat us up verbally and mentally.

They came to me an said a guest at the shelter said i was taking pictures of him when i said no i wasnt and asked who said this the lady that threw out my husband said well who did u take pictures of i said my dog she then said yeah right we both no u an ur husband are the same u guys back each other up you do not want the same thing thathappened to your husband to happen to me do i i said ill show you i took video of my dog and showed her tge time an date she said come on that's right here i said no this is a video outside of my dog an only my dog

Im in the middle of writing a greivance i was waiting to hear back from either oc health or his lawyer alison from elder law but have not heard anything on what i can do

She basically told me when she said you dontvwant happen to your husband happen to you. Well in lotoya words ment you dont want to be kicked like i kicked out your husband

She said Shawna I guess came to me and told me you were taking pictures of them I said no I wasn't I was taking pictures of my dog she said come on Shawna I said what I was taking pictures of my dog she said I said who was this guest she said who are you taking pictures of I said my dog I said look I'll show you she goes you know you and Josh are the same you and him will stick up for each other and back each other up and you guys both do the same thing and you don't want what happened to Josh to happen to you I could take that as a threat so I took showed her the video of the picture of my dog shorter than time and date and she said that if that's up in here and I said no that's a picture of my dog look at the time and date and she said oh wow you're right so all she does is harass me now that Josh is in here they have nobody else to harass so they're focusing on me now this happened on August 29th around *:* between *:* p.m. and *:* p.m. that night

Im not sure if i understand everyone from yale is path workers i can tell any one there at yale they will tell me to write a grievance and i could turn it in to anyone but kim will then talk to me about it . With all the other ones i turned in she will deny it.

Get me an my husband back together and the way staff treats us

They said we were fighting and once they move us they will not put us back together which was not true we separated because of my husband got kicked out and the day they let him back in as he was doing his intake they made me move to another dorm and we have a medical note stating for my ptsd he helps me and he has one stating for is issues im the only one who can talk him down

I believe it was because our doctor wrote a note stating it is best for us mentally to be together because we help each other and im not sure of its status especially now because he has been kicked out

Multiple personalities an depression

Constantly name calling putting him down acusing him of thing he hasnt done its made him suicidal

Called him a no good gangmember peice of shit liar drug dealer accused him of planing attack on his dorm said he was threatening someone which was a lie they ended up throwing that other person out. Constantly picking on him telling him not to worry about me because i dont care about him no more, they told him that i was no longer his wife which is not true blaming for things others done

All hes done is write grievences and tryed to speak to allison about it but she hasnt responded

He put grievances for the staff looking over the doors of the Stalls in the bathroom for invasion of privacy for separating me and him for not putting us back together for calling me a piece of s*** and no good for nothing gang member I've wrote a grievance because they were searching my cubicle they stole my SIM card out of one of my phones. He has a few more but we dont have them with us at the moment

For the invasion of privacy they said its how she has them trained and nothing was wrong with it every grienvce has either never been talk to about or denyed

We spoke to a lawyer and she filed a appeal which according to kim will be denyed and regardless he would have been kicked out
