I've already briefly said in my FTC reports that I'm not *% certain where the people got my info from, but it could have been data breach as I've received payments for being included in recent settlements for Equifax data breach, t-mobile, etc. but for them to have both my SSN and my license info or a copy of my license photo or my license since i lost one in * about but that was in dallas, but now i will not even take a photo of my license on my phone to prevent any data breach affecting me like this again
