My Father Alberto Guidione Sitoe has a duplicate case of his ID. I ask for assistance, because the Home Affairs does not want to help with the cancelation of one of his

am **** Sitoe writing this email on behalf of my Father Alberto Guidione Sitoe. Asking for help because of his ID is a duplicate So what happened was when he first came to South Africa all the way from Mozambique in * he applied for his first for his ID he mentioned that he was a South African citizen naming himself is Eric Sithole where he was not, because he was scared of the harsh treatment he would receive if they found out that himself But it happen that he did not get the ID. So when the law changed stating that all immigrates could now apply for IDs. So he applied for the ID naming by his real names of Alberto Guidione Sitoe. Fast forward to * when wanted wanted to apply for his kids IDs he could not do that, because the Home Affairs officials stated that he should get one of the IDs to be canceled so that he could be able to apply for his children IDs Then he began with the process of wanting to get his ID to be canceled but he has not received any help from the Home Affairs, because it's conclusion was that my father misrepresented himself when coming into the country. Now the problem is that he does not know what to do with the matter.
