I am on H1B visa and my wife is on H4 visa , so I took a work absence leave from my employer unpaid to take care of my wife since she was sick due to her pregnancy may last pay period day was */*/* and the salary check date/ deposit date was in the */*/* so my employer did not generate my pay roll for July , but I came back to work on 1st August * but my pay roll will run on 1st Sept * for the month of August work , since my pay roll was not run for more than 60 days will that be an issue for USCIS or for my H1B visa status
