"I want to make an enquiry on British citizenship for registration at discretionary. We initially made a British citizenship apply for a minor who's dad became British after his birth and recently his sister who he lived abroad with joined dad because we notice she was British by descent and we applied for British passport for her. And now the child is left with the mum abroad. The initial citizenship application was under section *(*) for the child, mainly focused on family reunification. The application was refused because the these requirements were not met: *. The child was not resident and settled in the UK *. The mum was not settled in UK *. They were not satisfied that the child’s future clearly lies in the UK. And said they considered registration exceptionally but there's no But in our application we failed to include child's future intentions and career."

"And he had plans since that once he completes with High school in his residence country currently he will move to the UK immediately to join his family and pursue that dreams. The programme is Speedbird Academy programme by British Airways. And he has expressed his interest since * (including discussing with a British based successful Airline Captain and his personal research for his future ambition for aviation). But seems the child meets specific barriers to meet the requirements for the program because his current passport doesn't permit unrestricted travel and he doesn't have the right to live and work in the UK. So we made communication with British Airways Speedbird team and they confirmed that the child named ( Francis) will be eligible for the program once he acquires British citizenship as it meet the requirements."

Here are the next * characters: "And British Airways provided that the programme is not guaranteed to run annually and the as at now the next opening window for the application I'd next year February *. And Francis( the applicant is turning * on May *. And if care is not taken the applicant will miss this opportunity and cause hardship for the child because once he turns *, he has to enter the UK on a visa and he has to stay for *+ years until he can naturalize as british and this will cause delay and bring hardship to the child. Where the British citizenship guidance for registration at discretionary on compelling cases or exceptionally gave that "children who require british citizenship to follow a particular career"."
