May employer hold it and she I got my passport when I asked my boss for my passport so I could apply for my ADCB account after I returned it to him because it was mandatory for him to have our passports as his employees..and then my contract ended on March *, * I haven't gotten my passport since then I left the company he still has my passport he charged me with absconding March * and I also charged him and I complained to the MOHRE that he was holding my passport and I called him MOHRE he told the MOHRE my passport is at immigration I went there * times then to the consulate * times also. Now I called the MOHRE the MOHRE said I should just apply for my passport because I only fought for my graduation the case is closed. The reason is I want my immigration status to be taken care of because they need my passport before they lift the abscond at immigration. So I just apply for my passport
