i think i dont need most of what you said, as the web3 TLD is considered an NFT, and i can easily put it on a marketplace as opensea, and from the main characteristics of NFT that it is a smart contract, so once they submit an offer on the TLD i can accept it and the ownership along with the NFT will be transfered to them and i will receive the offer price on my wallet
