Eviction Filing Process Steps
Summary
To file an eviction in California, ensure all documents like the 3-day pay or quit notice, summons, complaint, and proof of service are correctly filed. If a Request for Entry of Default is rejected, check for reasons and ensure all required forms, such as the UD-120, are properly served. Consult the court clerk for any unclear rejections.Full Conversation
