if landlord lied about the start of water damage to his insurance company and claimed it was not over time and told the tenant to not speak up what can rhentenant do? especially if I have video that the mitigation company came out previously and said there coukd be mold and that it needed to be checked back on fevruary but never did. and then the same mitigation company cane back out in may and said there was no mold on the owners behalf but no checking for mold had been done. and the same mitigation company then told the owners insursnce comaony today that he only noticed the leak just a few ago
