I have an issue with a landlord/property manager. My lease is up and us being renewed. Thats fine I don't want to stay. They have given nme an extra month to move by extension. But to use the extension they want me to sign a stipulation tht grants then restitution with out a hearing. They nothing happens unless I stay longer.
