On section * to raise rent and make these all section * rentals.They tried to evict me by filing an unlawful detainer that was dismissed because they couldn't apply my current rent to my back rent that occurred during covid. Now they served me another three day notice after talking to manager on Friday. She asked if I was paying renting not she was posting a three day notice on my door which she did. She is also making it difficult to pay my rent. She says they are no longer taking cashiers' checks, money orders, personal checks.
