Landlord stole my deposit and app fee money orders and I had the electric transfered the same day I paid deposit and it wasn't till 7months later till I got an apartment finally and then I was moved into a flooded apartment with black mold through the house but bedrooms so bad I havent gad a refrigerator the while time ive been here either she threw my paperwork away because she gad tikd me if she finished move in paperwork she would lose her job because she was supposed to do a walk-through but she didn't she got mad and threw the papers at me then she coukd never pull uo my account akways saud sge was having trouble with the computers she has sense been fired but I've been evicted with no where to go aug 10th is court date I was homeless waitinv on this aprtnent i started applicstion long brfire i hadcto move from last place i lived but still was homeless in the middle e of winter

I have my receipts from the money orders that I paid her the deposit and app fee with and also have people I can supena that witnessed her giving me key and putting a broken fridge in the apartment my sister whom helped me with the money for the deposit and even the lady at the post office where I bought them because the first time I got a $*.* but it had to be separate money orders so we had to go back and do it all over again if never had to do that I knew when it took me 7months after payung deposit she was a con i went through this same ordeal when I moved into last apartments I lived in and had to repay everything when the msnager just up and quit and took people's paperwork with him he had stole money from so I'm bout to lose my mind they say im nit eligible fir these apartments I have read that as long as one has a disability claim pending or have mental health problems are eligible I just havent gine to the doctor in a few yrs I have gad nothing but bad luck my Dr of */*

Years who was my rheumatologist pain Dr and effecutious disease etc he out if the blue died had a stroke and never recovered well I was a cash paying patient because I had no insurance he had been working with me and referred me to a lawyers office in Memphis where I also traveled to see Dr every month was close to the date if my hearing when you will never guess ....Mr Donati died...the lawyer working with me and my doctor .... that was crazy ... I just gave up after the second lawyer died from Nashville TN plz help me I have just been approved for health insurance and would like to get back to working on my disability I can't physically stand for * hours on concrete I can barely stand to long ever

We haven't had a manger since they fired the woman who stole the deposit from me so I haven't been able to do anything really they say I DNT have paperwork and that I'm illegally living here but I have plenty of people who I can supena that knows or witnessed what all I've been through
