Hello i have lived in a basement i rent with a lease for * a month well the house was sold and the new landlord wants t o raise our rent to * a month witch we never signed anything saying thats ok. Then we got rental asst. And he told them it was *, but at the same time his lawyer told us that our rental lease was still valid ,on top of that i feel like we have been getting harassed since he m i ved in he has been trying to find a way to get us out of here with multiple eviction notices some b4 the others can take place we need help
