I have already been to court and been evicted however I am in an appeal I feel like I should have won my case because the rental property was not habitable during the majority of my stay of 7 years my landlord just served me with a notice of domestic relations hearing and I am trying to figure out if that is legal for the appeal

So he also took his the electric out of his name and put it into my name somehow and it is a shared meter with another tenant it got disconnected last week due to non-payment and he refused to get it turned back on into his name is this legal
