I and at least one other person have mentioned a very broken railing on our front stoop and also I’ve lived here since */* and had my rent change 3x going up from $* now to $* and we still have no working gate and no out door pool. I have also mentioned that the water is turns normal and the maintenance guy kind of chuckled it off and said oh that’s just rust. There’s smaller issues from me and others that I know in my building but those are the major ones. So I was wondering if there is anything that can be done about me/us withholding part of rent or whatever till it’s fixed?
