Landlord is threatening to cancel my lease
What is the reason your landlord is giving for wanting to cancel the lease?
We agreed on adding a sink connection in the room and split the bill. Before making the change, the landlord was suppose to let me know how much it will cost me. Now they are telling the made the change already and I must pay $* if not they will cancel my lease.
Do you have any written agreement or communication about this sink installation and cost sharing with your landlord?
Agreement was verbal. But I do have the an agreement on the contract that state that for all change made in the room, we both must agree and cost will be divided
