i have an issue with my landlord fraudulently syphoning electricity from my personal meter subsequently making me pay for the electricity for the common areas within complex i have expressed my concerns to the onsite manager and he even had contacted me regarding the high energy from meter stating that it was the amount for a *-* bedroom house and i had only an RV hooked up with nothing plugged into any outlets. the discrepancy between the reading from what my RV was using and what the meter was using is around a $* per month difference. I also recieved a official utility bill from the utility company addressed to my specific unit and address for a previous month i had already paid for( billed through landlord via rent invoice every month), at usage cost of $* for the same month I was billed from landlord for $*.

ive been overcharged for electricity every month for last * + years by as much as *% over charge per month. I have also suffered vandalism and harassment of my property repeatedly and landlord refuses to assist by way of checking security cameras ect. landlord has neglected to repair safety hazards like main electrical for my unit despite numerous requests and concerns. landlord has not repaired door frame to onsite storage I pay seperately for after breakin as well as refusing to provide access to security camera footage or check themselves . my vehicles have been repeatedly vandalized and dented , sabotaged , lug nuts removed from tires or loosened to fall off while driving and landlortd repeatedly states nothing is seen on security cameras although i have proof of exactly what the cameras can see and my vehicles being clearly visible on several.

i was sitting in my car parked along a street on corner and a car smashed into the back corner of my car so hard that despite the emergency brake being on , the car lurched forward almost hitting the car in front of me
