My boyfriend and I are looking to terminate a lease due to the lack of action being taken by our building to resolve serious issues. We moved in April and have been dealing with a serious rat infestation, Maggot flies, Water leaks in our walls and ceilings that have caused mold, and now we are dealing with a flea infestation. We have left multiple messages and work orders for these issues and our building has not taken action to fix them.

We have submitted work orders and pictures to show them the issues. We have also had conversations via email, text and phone call discussing them. For reference, on July 4th we submitted a work order about the water entering our bedroom and the leaks in the walls and they still have not sent someone to check the problem out despite following up about the issue several times
