I moved into my apartment a year ago but was supposed to get a new washer and dryer with place. Never got a new one and the old ones were broken. Everytime I brought this up my landlord would threatin to kick me out if I brought it up again I feel I deserve some compisation for them lying to me and I entitled to compisation and if so who do I talk to first
