Well we got behind on our rent they wanted to come in and walk through the house before rent was there so we let him come in and they brought a guy with him and we didn't know why but I guess my boyfriend asked them if they were planning on selling the house the landlord told us no he wasn't he didn't think he was going to be selling the house he told he was going to come back and replace the shingles and paint the garage he never showed up the next thing we know they we get a letter from him saying that we had to pay or quit within 7 days we didn't get a chance to even pay before a gentleman knocked on our door and told us that he had bought the house from our landlords so we didn't pay him because he told us he bought them and he owned them I know we were behind but still they never told us still to this day have they have not informed us that they sold the house and that's because the guy told them they had to even just out or get us out of the house before he will sign the check over to I'm more upset with the fact that they didn't even tell us that they sold the house the guy came to our door knocked on our door and told us that he bought the house we they still haven't to this day even informed us that the house was being sold or if they're selling it I have a eviction hearing at *:* tomorrow morning I got my mom that lives here with me on hospice I ain't got problem with moving but they didn't even give me a *-day notice I live we have a month to month lease with them or month to month agreement whatever you call it that's just basic

Yes I am got an eviction hearing tomorrow at *:* in the courts I just received the papers in the mail earlier this week my landlord's anyways where we're behind we are behind on our rent and I understand that in the past they've always worked with us but instead of even calling or coming by to talk to us they sent us letter in the mail Sam pay or quit in 7 days we got that on the 8th of August but before that the landlord walked through the house with another gentleman my boyfriend asked him if he was planning on selling the house and he said nah he didn't think that the guy would that he would sell it cuz the guy probably wouldn't give him what he wanted for it so he didn't sound like he was selling the house the next thing we know we get a guy knocking at our door he's informing us that he's buying the house or he bought the house actually he told us he bought the house and that's what we were told from several people well that's went and then I believe it was even after that we got the letter saying pay or quit in 7 days we received it on the 8th of August the landlord still to this day has not told us that they were selling the house or was going to sell the house or anything didn't give us another 30 day notice or anything we have a month to month lease but like I said we were behind on our rent we are behind whatever but we didn't pay the rent because when we got the pay or quit in 7 days that guy came and talked to us before our 7 days was up so what were we supposed to do we were informed that he bought the house well to come to find out he won't sign the check over to them until they evict everybody out of their houses then he'll pay them for the houses that they he bought from well they they didn't even give us a *-day notice they didn't tell us their plan on selling the house or nothing

No because he hasn't legally they're saying there's someone said that it legally he doesn't own the house cuz he hasn't signed over he hasn't paid him for the house cuz he told them he wouldn't sign the checks over to the check over to them until after we they get us out of them the house and they instead of telling us that they sold the house and they need us to move in 30 days they're going through all this eviction things because we were behind on our rent

No you know this is down here where I live it's called East Omaha that's a very tight-knit little area everybody knows everybody down here and I would assume that Mark told them that he came and told us I don't know because we never gave them our rent directly we always dropped it off in Gill's sister's mailbox up the street from our house because I don't live around here but deals went by my house many times I've seen him and he's never stopped to talk to me I am very I mean I'm sorry ma'am but my boyfriend was supposed to be taking care of that stuff and because I take care of my mom because she's got dementia and stage * kidney failure and she's on hospice so I my days are really tied up a lot but I've never had any problems with these guys before in the past they've been always good landlords to us and we just don't know what happened

Okay you're repeating yourself I've already told you no Mark did not inform us about any evictions or nothing he didn't give us no notice no written notice from him at all the landlord did not inform us that they sold the house and that we need to move in 30 days they are just going around at the Hard Way by saying that we didn't pay the rent so they're evicting us which is foolish because all they had to do is say something and we gave us a *-day notice and we would have been looking for a house by now but with that being said I hadn't been looking for no house so I'm sitting at I just can't I need a * I need 30 days before I I'm going to be able to move and I don't know what to do about it if they decide to make me
