In June 6th * I was told I would have to move out of my residence not by the landlord by another roommate. Since I’m being forced to move I had to use my rent payment on a new place to live. Now my June rent will be late because of this. Should I be afraid of legal repercussions form the land lord

Yes they told me to pay immediately I said I could pay on June 30th they day I also move out of their house.

Should I just wait till I move out on the 30th and give them cash. That is including the late fee. Even though I have established residency longer than the lease they have created.
