Wrongful Eviction Appeal
What grounds are you basing your wrongful eviction appeal on, ****?
Wayne County Fair Housing Law Booklet States That you have a right to know the owner’s name, address, phone number and any of the owner’s agent's names their address and phone number on or before moving into a rental unit. The owner himself posted a 30 day notice to Terminate Tenancy which Expired the owner didn't escalate by posting a 3 day notice to the door so by not doing so our Tenancy with the owner restarted. Then out of nowhere some property manager who signed as Landlord posted a 30 day notice to Terminate Tenancy to the door the Owner didn't send us a letter informing us that he hired or was going to hire a property manager to act as Landlord to evict me and according to the Fair Housing Law Booklet the property manager would fall under the category of the Owner’s agent and at or before the time of moving in the owner didn't give us the name ,address or phone number of any property manager and during our whole 16 year Tenancy there wasn't any mention of a property manager so how can a property manager evict me when the owner never gave me the name ,address or phone number of his agent the property manager. Also the property manager posted a 3day notice to Leave Premises to our door and counted the day of posting which according to the research i done you cannot count the day of posting, Weekends or legal holidays and the property manager did he counted the date of Posting he posted on a Friday then filled an Eviction with the court on a Wednesday which was too early he should have filled on Thursday
Did you receive any written communication from the owner about the appointment of the property manager?
