Landlord Replacing Trailer And Increasing Rent

Full Conversation

the rental we are in now currently just switched to new owners. Now we pay * a month. They are saying we need a new furnace, and we have leaky roof. So they said instead of wanting to repair it they want to get rid of the trailer and put us in a new one. We cannot afford the amount they want for rent for a new. My question is do they have the right to kick us out and put in a new one if it’s not accommodating to us and we aren’t agreeable?
