Medical Malpractice Legal Advice

My medical file is flagged due to a recalled medicine that I had mentioned to the doctors that I had been given that was FDA recalled in * due to impurities that cause stomach liver and kidney cancer and July * I started having right kidney pain that was making me really sick causing me fevers and I can barely get up and walk from a sitting position I noticed lumps on my lower back my stomach have been swollen for a few years but I didn't start having symptoms until July * I had looked up the medicine I was taken to see if it maybe it was a side effect I was only taken a blood pressure medicine that's when I noticed the FDA recalled due to due to impurities that cost stomach liver and kidney cancer I have two lumps on my lower back lumps on my hips and lumps on the top of my stomach my lower back looks black and blue sometimes I have a lot of pressure on my right kidney and in my stomach I'm nauseated every day I'm very pale I don't even like to go out I'm so pale my color is not normal everything I eat goes right through me and my feet swell up my x-rays and my blood and urine test are not normal I have blood and protein in my urine all my blood test and urine test are off the chart abnormal the doctor tried to tell me that my x-ray was normal it's not normal it's showing plural effusion complete white out with a big looking leaf spot on one of my breast looks like it's pushing it down I also went to a hospital in LA they called me in the back of the emergency room around *:* they knocked me out and gave me something that knocked me out for * hours when I woke up they woke me up saying Miss **** Miss **** you can wake up now I'm sorry you're not going to find the answers you're looking for here but you do have a little fibroid on your uterus but nothing to worry about they sent me home I pulled over at the gas station fell back asleep somebody woke me up knocking on my window see if I was okay I went and got a coffee made it back to Riverside when I got home and I went to the bathroom and I wiped myself it feel like cut very sore to this day it's still sore sometimes it bleeds and I took a picture and I don't know what they did down there to me but it's swollen and it don't look right it looks like it was cut up it's been over a year and it's just it's the same it's worse I can barely wipe myself because of the pressure in my stomach and my side also I can feel my organs in my stomach and large pushing against my lungs or against each other I run fevers every night and all I want to do is sleep I'm getting worse and worse I also am diabetic and I have not been able to get any medicine I've lost hope because of my medical file being flagged so I can't get a diagnosed because I mentioned the recalled medicine please help

I'm not able to file a lawsuit because I don't have a diagnosis

I am dealing with medical board and a PA medical board for another doctorl

When all this started happen I didn't have a doctor at the time I had found a doctor and had told him about the hospitals I had went to and how one of them told me I had blood in my urine and protein and that I needed to be checked for cancer my urine test was abnormal when I found a doctor I made an appointment told him about my urine test coming back positive for abnormal stuff and asked him if he thought maybe it was cancer he said from my symptoms and from what my urine test it could be but we had to start from the beginning he failed to do a urine test and only did a blood test and told me that I didn't have cancer like I said it doesn't matter what doctor I go to I'm not going to get a diagnosed because of the recalled medicine that I mentioned that I was taking no doctors are going to go against each other

Ive been to a lot of hospital even one out of state when I gave him my name at the hospital in Oklahoma I have never been there they are they knew my birthday I asked him how they knew my birthday and they asked me oh you never been here before and I said no

I will have to find out but the one that knocked me out for * hours and did something to me down there is called UCLA Ronald Reagan Hospital I've been to Riverside Community Hospital I've been to Parkview Community Hospital St Bernardine

That they knocked me out for * hours without my consent and they did something to my private down there and it's swollen and doesn't look right and it's been like this for over a year now they woke me up saying sorry you're not going to find the answers you're looking for here

I didn't report it to the police but I've made complaints and I'm waiting for medical board to send me a couple more complaint forms that they sent out today they internet said I had to go through the health department for filing a complaint against UCLA Hospital so I'm waiting on to hear something back from them

I've sent all the medical records and my complaint so they are just waiting to get my medical records I had to fill out a form to get a release form

I'm waiting for them to get the medical files and talk to the doctor
