Sunday March *,* was a decent day for me. I took my son fishing which is rare. I decided after that I was going to attend Church with my family. My son and I were traveling on the two-lane road when I notice a White delivery van reversing up a driveway. I'm always on alert but didn't think anything about it. as we are passing by, I see her rapidly coming. My son (*) is in the front seat. I lay on the horn, but she keeps coming and its fast. We are looking out of his window (passenger side front) and I'm laying on the horn and before impact. Im bracing my son with my right arm. When she hits us, it's a hard impact. My son is knocked into the door, and I was knocked into the console (which i apparently broke loose and broke the handle on with my side and ribs. The impact feels like we are lifted.

She also forced us towards oncoming traffic and there was a vehicle coming. I was able to maintain control and get us safely on the side of the road. I was hurting immediately as was my son. The driver remained in the Roadway taking up most of the southbound lane. She got out of the vehicle already holding and on her phone, this is when we saw that she was an Amazon driver. She did come to check on us and said, "I do apologize, I didn't see you. Are you okay?" I responded, "No, I am hurting". She said that she was going to call and get some help. Once my wife and Father-in-Law arrived (they were heading to church) they asked if she had called the police.
