I picked up the ball and he asked me to give it to him several times and then he beat my head into the ground, and someone reported this situation to adults, and my parents and his parents came out

no but I’m taking this trying to run with it because if I have memories burned in my brain about this and I just mentioned two real memories isn’t that technically enough to convict in Ohio law or any other place because I am taking this to someone who can deal with it, which is our youth pastor or our pastor because I am done with this it has gone on for years

Convicting someone based solely on memories can be challenging. In Ohio, like in other places, evidence is crucial in legal matters. Here are some general points:
- Memories alone may not be sufficient for a conviction.
- Detailed documentation and any additional evidence can strengthen your case.
- Reporting to church authorities can help escalate the situation appropriately.
