On Mar * at * weeks, I went to Memorial Hermann Cypress ER for bleeding. Already in active labor (~* cm, >* hrs contractions), they still gave me oxytocin. Three epidural attempts failed. Labor stalled; I requested a C-section under general anesthesia, was denied, and pressured to deliver vaginally. After prolonged pushing, a vacuum extractor was used; my baby’s head stayed swollen * weeks. Staff were rude. Postpartum, I had 3 months bleeding, weakness, chest pain, dizziness, headaches, bruising, severe back pain. Baby now sees a cranial specialist; I’m in pelvic floor therapy. Mixed postpartum labs suggest ongoing issues. Hospital said records aren’t onsite; I must call another number. Question: Is this potential malpractice/negligence for unnecessary oxytocin, failed epidurals, C-section denial, vacuum injury, staff conduct, and ongoing harm? Does the records process affect my rights?
