I remember looking back and forth from the ceiling to the two wittnesses several times and, I believe my head was banging on and off of the ground repeativly. I believe I was in the state of electricity for around three and a hald minutes. This incident occured to me at * Watt st, Winnipeg, MB. I then walked to the corner store to ask someone if they could call an ambulance and they did. Once the anbulance arrived, they drove me to a hospital. One of their nurses sat me on a wheelchair then he touched my neck with something, he asked if I could feel anything touching my neck and, I said no because I couldn't. I believe I was in the hospital for a week and a half. My questions are, do I have a case and who do I have a case against?
I'm sorry to hear about the incident you experienced. It sounds like a serious situation involving an electric shock. Here are a few points to consider:
- Negligence: Determine if the incident was due to faulty appliances or improper installation. You may have a case against the manufacturer or installer if negligence is involved.
- Landlord Responsibility: If you're renting, check if your landlord is responsible for maintaining safe electrical systems.
- Medical Malpractice: If you feel the hospital did not provide adequate care, you might have a case against them.
