Staff Assault Legal Action

Full Conversation

So I live in an adult living facility. A staff there hit me in the back of my head and I hit her back a few different times which she also hit me back. Everyone and witnesses are saying I hit her first, which wasn't the case because there is a bump on the back of my head to prove it.
