Daniel, I'm not a lawyer, but I can try to provide some general information. Here are a few questions to help me understand your situation better:

*. Did you have any personal belongings in the car when it was towed?
*. Did you sign any agreement with the tow service regarding the retrieval of your belongings?
*. Do you have any proof of ownership for the items in the car?

Please note that laws regarding towed vehicles and the rights of the tow service may vary depending on your location.
Yes
*. Did you sign any agreement with the tow service regarding the retrieval of your belongings?
*. Do you have any proof of ownership or documentation for the belongings in the car?
No nothing was never presented to me about that
If you did not sign any agreement with the tow service regarding the retrieval of your belongings, they may not have the right to keep them. You may want to consult with a lawyer to understand your rights in this situation.
