I live in the TOwn home. last year in February i had a sewer backed up causing waste accumulation in the basement. I hired a drain company to clean the clog. I sustained damages and expenses. It was discovered that there was a hole in the pipe which required to use excavation on the common area in order to fix it. Finally after a year and a half, association hired the Contractor to fix it. Question. I would like to claim expense accumulated in order to clean the drain.
