My Ac unit has no filter door, the front door on the home needs to be replaced, we have paid for too many windows in the home that we dont have , the heat and air dont work in * rooms , and things were change in the home at the manufacturer without notice

Just contact between me and manufacturer on what needs to be done but they keep giving me the run around are will not respond
