I was buying a house from my aunt we did a verbal agreement it was for 4 years and it would be paid off I went in the first year and remodeled the inside of house I still have a year left to pay for this house which she said in April I owed * and I've given her * hundred since then we'll she gave the house to her daughter and her daughter wants to evict me says I owe her * she never gave me notice and gave it her daughter instead over honoring our agreement I have a lot of time and money invested I wouldn't not have made a deal to just rent because I wanted to buy So I went to court 1st time yesterday and have to go back on the 26th just not sure what my options are or where to go next
