well no the lanlord copied from another eviction notice a summons and took all the information from someone else case and put it in to mine papers he has commited perjury i think

they told me that the paper were filed in a differnt county and they looked susspicios when i got into my car and looked at them sure enough someone the landlord acidenntly put in the document that he was copiing off of in the papers that were served to me
