I have attached to this e-mail the Particulars of Claim for Possession – Online issue, which I have completed on your behalf: We will issue the claim through the court’s online issuing system, known as PCOL “Possession Claims Online”. The enclosed particulars of claim sets out the primary details that we can input in the PCOL system. Please note that we can’t print out the PCOL particulars of claim so the enclosed document is an outline of the information that we input based on the standard paper claim form. It is not an exact replica. Please note that we cannot ask for a judgment that the deposit be returned via PCOL, so (if applicable) that will be requested at the hearing in the witness evidence.

Please read the attached document carefully and let me know if there is anything that is inaccurate. In particular, please pay attention to the parties’ names and addresses and the current amount of rent arrears. The main benefit of sending the claim via PCOL is that the claim is issued immediately and we receive a claim number and the hearing date quicker than we would if we sent the papers to the court by post. We are also unable to attach documents to the PCOL claim. However, we will ensure that the witness evidence (which we will send to the Defendant and the court before the hearing); contains full evidence of the claim. The PCOL process requires us to confirm your/[the Landlord] and the Defendant’s addresses. We will use the following addresses:

Landlord/Claimant – * Stukeley Street, London, WC2B 5LB Tenant/Defendant - Flat 11A, * Carnwath Road, London, SW6 3DQ Please confirm if the addresses is inaccurate/not up to date. We will need to manually upload details of the rent arrears, which we will do in accordance with the latest statement received (which is attached). Please let me know if the attached statement does not reflect the arrears accurately.

If you are satisfied that the documents are accurate then you can authorise me to sign the documents on your behalf. In order to do so, and once you have checked the documents, please send an e-mail to me stating the following: “I have read and understood the Particulars of Claim drafted by DAS Law in respect of my property at Flat 11A, * Carnwath Road, London, SW6 3DQ. I confirm that the contents of the Particulars of Claim are true. I understand that it may be a contempt of Court for me to provide this confirmation without an honest belief in its truth. I hereby authorise DAS Law to submit the possession claim via the Possession Claims Online portal to confirm that the facts stated in those documents are true”. - now check for inaccuracies and mistakes anything is not true ok
