My Home was sold at a sheriffs sale violating my civil rights by denying our right to utilize the common wealth preservation act in nj. A motion was filed and the court agreed said we have a challenge to the constitutionality of the CWPP and ordered it sent to mercer county court stating it should be consolidated with others fighting the constitutionality of the community preservation act. The mercer court judge ruled on one of the challenges to be unconstitutional and remanded all other challenges back to their County courts to be heard . The Attorney General appealed and all motions are waiting to be heard in the appeallet court i have to file a brief by */*/* for a hearing in */* In the meantime the defendant filed a motion to deny my motion that is pending appeallet review and the county judge found in their favor and denied my motion thsts on appeal at the Appellate court and ordered a writ of possession.

I filed a motion to stay the writ but was denied for no show because i was not notified in time. I filed for a an emergent stay of writ due to a sherriff eviction in 3 days jan * *. The Appellate court denied it. I filed an emergent stay of eviction with the trail court that i will hear on monday of their decision. What else can i do to stop the eviction in 2 days their is a strong chance of the Appellate court finding in my favor and to move out of my home now would be unjust.
