a verbal agreement was made at the time of death of parent that the one brother who was interested in farming would continue to farm the land. The agreement was that no rent was to be paid by this one individual to his other * siblings. The agreement was that this one sibling (farmer) would pay all bills such as utility costs, property taxes as rent as well as with the farm equipment that was left behind for all to share that if one of these machines were to break down that the equipment would be fixed as part of renting that euipment.
