Hello Hiroshi, thanks for the detailed explanation. It's clear you're a key part of your company's financial operations. Can you clarify if you're currently facing any legal issues or potential violations related to your role?
Actually, 10 years after I joined, that my father bought some stocks of the company when I joined, proved. I was confused. At the same time, I was worried about when my father's action was insider transaction.
Hello Hiroshi, if your father bought stocks using non-public information you provided, it could be considered insider trading. However, if he bought them without any inside information from you, it may not be an issue. It's recommended to consult a local attorney to clarify.
I heard, from my father, since he wanted to contribute to grouth of the company, he bought stocks as an investment. So,it doesn't mean, he bought stocks by getting confidential informations, And, when I bacame a center member of consolidated financial statement, I decided to be carefull of the company confidential information. I set intentionally in order not to know the market price of the compny and in order to forget profit and loss of the company. And I never abosolutely talked with my parents and brothers about my job. Additionally, I made the fact of my fatherr's having bought stocks secret to the company
Hello Hiroshi, based on your information, it seems like no insider trading has occurred as you didn't share any confidential information with your father. However, it is always best to consult with a local attorney to ensure you're safe.
