CDL, misguided information & misdiagnosis. Looking for options
Could you please elaborate on the nature of the misguided information and misdiagnosis related to your CDL (Commercial Driver's License)?
RMV gave misguided information leading me to miss my expiration date to self certify. Went before the board of appeal & they completely dismissed that fact. They focused on my misdiagnosis, which test results have proven to be fact as well.

Not sure yet but judging by the way that they did not fully hear me out, it doesnt look good

I was told my expirations was April, 15th * & that they did not have a medica issue for me on file. So I went to go get my medical card & submitted it online on that day. I came back tuesday because monedy was a holiday. They said pay $* & Im all set. I did so, then the clerk called the manager & told me I missed the date & that it was April 14th, *. Then said If I had any issues with that I can go before the board of appeal. The board of appeal then submitted paperwork * min before the appeal showing that they have record of me calling in and asking what I should when first got the misdiagnosis years prior.
